I've been struggling with IBS-D for around 3 years now. It's especially triggered by anxiety and stress but I was starting to feel like I was reacting to certain foods as time went on. I tried probably 20 different supplements over the course of the last year and nothing made a significant dent in my symptoms. I saw an ad for Bellie and figured what do I have to lose? I'm now 1 week into taking it and I believe I'm seeing results. My symptoms were generally flaring up every morning before work. Painful, loose bowel movements. Always feeling the need to go more. Cramping, gas, and bloating. These symptoms are not gone after taking Bellie, but they are greatly reduced. I've even been able to get to work earlier a couple days since I've been feeling better and feeling more confident in my gut's ability to behave itself. I will keep taking this supplement and see where it leads! I'm hopeful that this, along with Visbiome probiotics I started taking, and a healthier lifestyle, is the key to fixing my issues.
