I've been struggling with IBS-D for around 3 years now. It's especially triggered by anxiety and stress but I was starting to feel like I was reacting to certain foods as time went on. I tried probably 20 different supplements over the course of the last year and nothing made a significant dent in my symptoms. I saw an ad for Bellie and figured what do I have to lose? I'm now 1 week into taking it and I believe I'm seeing results. My symptoms were generally flaring up every morning before work. Painful, loose bowel movements. Always feeling the need to go more. Cramping, gas, and bloating. These symptoms are not gone after taking Bellie, but they are greatly reduced. I've even been able to get to work earlier a couple days since I've been feeling better and feeling more confident in my gut's ability to behave itself. I will keep taking this supplement and see where it leads! I'm hopeful that this, along with Visbiome probiotics I started taking, and a healthier lifestyle, is the key to fixing my issues.

Many thanks for your kind review. We started bellie because of my own battle with IBS-D specifically. I had it for 9 years. Most prebiotics will inflame existing IBS-D because they feed both bad and good bacteria, whereas bellie selectively targets keystone Bifidobacteria strains, such as breve, infantis, longum, and others. Also, a lot of fiber is high-FODMAP. HMOs in bellie aren't.

Love that this is such an easy addition to my diet, and it has helped my digestive system so much.
I definitely had some IBS symptoms (never diagnosed though) and after taking Bellie for a week, most of the bloating has gone away. Obviously, this is not the only solution but it is a MASSIVE help and it started having an effect after only one or two uses, definitely recommend for people that feel bloated often throughout the day.

I was surprised by how good it tasted! I dry scooped the powder, expecting to want to wash it down immediately but it has this mildly addicting strawberry taste that has me coming back everyday. I have used this product for the past two weeks and I can say that it's absolutely great. I don't usually have particularly painful stomach and I don't have IBS, but it improved my gut balance. Easy to use sometimes i do forget to use it though otherwise taste + smell + color can't notice any change from normal water so good if you want added benefit without any worry of changing from basic water
